Overview

U& Terminal Auto is a terminal automation solution that simply plugs into a manual terminal’s existing operating system (TOS) to allow for switching over to an automated terminal without changing the existing TOS. As it organically and actively integrates with the terminal operating system (TOS), it provides automated functions for the effective management and control of automated cranes.

This solution is a part of U& Terminal Container, and is suitable for manual terminals looking to bring in automation without replacing their entire existing TOS. U& Terminal Auto was created through our experiences with interlinking terminal operating systems to a diverse array of automation devices, and this solution directs and controls these devices in a manner that allows for maximization of a yard’s productivity.

By providing an automatic container re-handling function based on automatic control of all the unmanned automated cranes, real-time monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization of stacking inventory, and a yard productivity enhancement algorithm, the productivity of the entire yard is enhanced.
